Some delays
It has been quiet around SQL Object Search for a while now... I've spent quite a bit of time working on the licensing model and found that the components I had planned to use were way too restrictive for my taste and imposed too much on the customer. This means that I had to completely revise that part of the plan and write the licensing code myself. This won't be as elaborate as I had initially envisioned, but then again, as the customer, that's the one part of the code that you care the least about.
With the coding for the licensing in work now, the time line has been extended and I hope to have the product ready for deployment by early April. In the meantime, the software is still used on a daily basis by about 40 beta tester and runs rock solid.
I'll keep everyone posted on the progress

Hi
wOOt... That looks like a very cool tool, disappointly enough it also looks like it's been delayed or maybe discarded?
Is there any hope for an upcoming beta release?

Delayed would be the right term... I have been very busy finishing up a project in my old job and just changed jobs this week. I hope to get more time into this project again now.
I'm still working on the licensing part of the software which turned out to be quite an undertaking in itself.
I don't think I will have a public beta as the software has been in production use for the last 9+ month and is running very stable. Once I have the licensing figured out though, there will be a free 30 day trial available.
